I am raising money for my best friend of 30 years who has dedicated her life to serving the needs of others through her salon Melanie’s Salon and Spa. She had been having severe headaches and other symptoms for awhile but just like most of us would do we didn’t think much of it until it got so painful that she drove herself to the ER. They discovered she had a very large mass on the frontal lobe of her brain. The diagnosis was a meningioma as large as a grapefruit. She will undergo a surgery that can last 12-14 hours and she will miss at least 2-4 months of work or more and physical therapy that may require learning to walk again. As salon suite owners like myself and Melanie we have no income coming in unless we are serving others needs behind that chair. As her best friend of over 30 years I’m asking for your donations to help put her mind at ease while she undergoes a very serious brain surgery. The doctor say it could have been there 20 years growing to the size it is now. Many of you know depression is something Melanie has battled for years and now we have the answers as to why. This tumor and where it’s located can cause depression, affect taste, smell, personality and many other things that Melanie has. We pray that this is the cause of all of these symptoms she’s had for a very long time. I’m asking you to please help my best friend in any amount you can afford to give.
