Pay for legal fees and lost wages

Hi, this is Sandra Kuffner, I have never done this before, but now I must and quickly! I need $30,000 to pay for both criminal and guardianship attorneys plus critical lost income during this intense time of court and meetings.

For all but 14 of her 72 yrs of life, I have been my developmentally disabled sister. Barbara's caretaker and Certified legal guardian.

In addition to being allergic to wheat, fructose, and lactose, her dementia and hand neuropathy have progressed. She constantly needs assistance for many daily things, from dietary to self-care.

0n 12/9/2022 at 4pm, I found my sister in her pj's at the nursing home where she was recovering from 2 major surgeries and awaiting a 3rd. While I was attempting to close her door and help her get back into her clothes before dinner, a worker crossed the hall, screaming at the top of her lungs, hit door with loud bang and yelled "No you're not", jerked my sister out of the room and told me to stay. This person called the police and had me wrongfully arrested for Elder Abuse, saying I hit my sister in the head. I have had to hire

Attorneys and have been dealing with several court dates and providing them both with lots information.

Friends, Barbara needs me as her guardian and advocate! I've worked so hard and fought for her to finally qualify to get into the type of place which will give her quality and the continous care she needs now! With these funds I will be able to fight and win in court, attend those meetings and be with her through whatever she needs.
