Help Pay for Richard Cowan’s Funeral Costs

My family members asked me to take up this responsibility and Richard does not have life insurance or the means to cover his own death He is on Social Security disability and he got Covid at the end of his health concerns with diabetes stroke heart attacks etc. It was more than his body could take.
