Pay It Forward for Future Warriors

Parents have pulled together to start this Go Fund Me to help Pay It Forward for Joey's future flag football families.

The goal with this Go Fund Me is to help pay for supplies, uniforms, and in some cases registration costs for future Warrior families who Joey and his coaching team serve. This includes helping him fund even more outreach to kids and families who face economic barriers to inclusion in sports. This is a passion of Joey's and something he is also helping spearhead in the Bellingham Public School District through a new sports equity project.

It was with hesitation that Joey gave us his blessing to start this Go Fund Me, because he never wants families to feel obligated to help pay for anything, and especially not for uniforms he chooses to purchase for our athletes himself. However, we reassured him, and are clarifying here, that giving is completely optional and voluntary.

Thank you very much for helping to expand Joey's important work and to pay it forward for future Warriors.
