Pay medical bills for spine surgery

Hi, my name is Nebojsa and my wife had to have emergency spinal/neck surgery to relieve a pinched nerve in her upper spine/neck. She will not be able to work for up to 3 months, this is unfortunate because we run a cleaning business together and most of our income is made through working together.
