Pay Off Student Lunch Debt in Wausau & D.C.E School District

Hello, my name is Yauo Yang. It has come to my attention recently that there are families in Central WI that struggle to pay off their student lunch debt. For a variety of different economic and financial reasons, some families struggle to pay their children's school lunch debt. In fact, between both the Wausau and D.C. Everest School Districts, there are over $20,000 in student lunch debt. Growing up in poverty in Central WI, I truly understand the struggles of how difficult it can be for families to feed their children. As I've grown up in our community, I've had the chance to give back to Central WI. This month also happens to be "Global Pay It Forward Month." It's for this reason, that I believe that I would love your support so that together we as a generous community can help to pay off student lunch debt in both the Wausau and D.C. Everest School Districts. I believe that it's important for children to be able to go school and have a dignified meal provided for them so they can learn. I believe that Central WI is a giving community and I believe that those students in our districts that have school lunch debt need our help and support more than ever in these difficult economic times.
