Paying it forward to Timmy B and Mel

This is all Dave's doing, I'll get right to the chase.
Tim and Mel's home burnt down just before they were about to move back in... just after it flooded 6 weeks ago and they've lost the majority of their stuff.
Dave had the great idea to organise a little "pass of the hat" to pay it forward to help them out and get back on their feet as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Anyone who knows Tim and Mel would know how selfless they are and the lengths they go to to help out a mate. And I know most of us would have loved to have taken them in, given them our furniture, or have them over for a meal to help out whilst they get their life back in order but as they are living the dream (except for the whole house getting flooded and burning down thing) in Canada this will be the next best thing.
Any small amount helps out, even if it puts a smile on their face and they remember we're here for them on the other side of the world.
Even if it just means they can go get a nice meal and some drinks to take their mind off it all I'm sure they'd appreciate it.
This isn't a charity case, and they have no obligation to do anything in particular with the cash, this is just some good karma coming back their way.
