Paying rent after back surgery

Hello. My name is Shannon. I am a 46 year old preschool teacher who has been at my job for 16 years. We have no children. I am getting back surgery this month and will be out of work for 6-8weeks. During that period I will be on short term disability only getting 60% of my income. I am asking help with paying our rent for two months. We are very blessed but need a little help going through this period of time. Anything anyone can do will be greatly appreciated.
