Paying Tribute - PAPA the Legendary ALLAN GOLUB

Donation protected
Hey Everybody, Josh and Becky here

PAPA was the most amazing fun loving, humble, caring, giving and welcoming presence that touched the hearts of everyone that ever met him. He was kind, he was cool and he was truthful. People gravitated to him because he really was a whole vibe all by himself ... WAYYY before that was even a thing ! Everyone I ever brought around him always said they wished that their dad was as cool as mine ! ... and that is because his frequency was on another level (mind, body and spirit) was so awesome - the countless concerts and music events that the whole family, kids and friends attended, were only as cool as they were because we were there with HIM !
No concert will ever be the same ... nothing will be the same without him
he loved living life ! people say his love for the family and friends was beyond measure and they are so true ! HE WAS THE BEST FRIEND THAT ANYONE COULD EVER HAVE !!! he was not only my Dad but he was MY BEST FRIEND and OUR Very own personal Hero ! - Becky was a Daddy's girl and he was ALWAYS HER BEST FRIEND TOO.

In February, Dad was Diagnosed with both bladder and lung cancer ... well, he just was not having that ! ...
Because he loved real music, all music, especially feel good music, obviously this news was complete noise to him. His urologist of 14 years after only one CT scan said he was going to have to have his bladder removed, or leave it in and have a short time to live, giving him no other options ... and if it was removed, doing so would give him only a 50/50 chance of survival !
PAPA was not going to let cancer defeat him ! He was determined to beat it, not even putting himself first, he was going to beat it so he could have some more quality time with the family.
After a second and third opinion, Dad decided to go with Cancer Treatment centers of America.
which is now city of hope ... to start his first bout of lung radiation and chemo treatment, immediately followed by six grueling weeks of more tiring and painful radiation and chemo treatments.
... after waiting several months for his next appointment, Dad went in to get checked out to see if the treatments had worked ... and guess what PAPA Was Cancer Free!!! HE BEAT IT #fuckcancer! a truly unbelievable feat at 80 years young to do so. Then he was back at it again going on rollercoasters at six flags for fright fest and having fun reading to the kids and doing different activities always making all sorts of fun memories with everyone.

He gave his whole entire self, his whole heart, soul and spirit to his friend's family and loved ones - People always wanted to be around him because no matter how you felt, he just always made you feel better.

Last week on Wednesday Nov 29th he started feeling a little sick with slight cold/flu type symptoms at home ( not covid )
and after being an absolute warrior that just beat 2 different cancers ... ((( just three short days))) later he was gone. So you can't imagine how much we are all devasted by losing PAPA and definitely were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service,
At this time are asking for donations to help cover the multiple cost's for his final expenses.
we are also asking that you please share this page with everybody and ask them to share it as well.

If you knew PAPA ... than you would know that if you needed something, ... and he had it ... he would give it to you ! he would give you anything if he could and if he didn't then he would try to help you any way he could.

Please consider donating as any amount will truly help in this difficult time.

Thank you
