Paying Tribute to Andrew Bolen
On September 15, 2020, Andrew Bolen was involved in a fatal crash. He suffered multiple serious injuries including swelling of his brain. Andrew spent over a week in the hospital on life support. After surgery and multiple procedures and attempts to save him, he never responded to any of them. The heartbreaking decision was made to remove him from life support because his prognosis was that he would spend his life suffering if he did happen to make it through .
Life support was removed on September 24th and around 6:30pm, at 21 years of age, Andrew passed away. Andrew’s family is shocked and extremely saddened by this devastating loss.Any donations made will assist Andrew’s family with funeral/burial expenses.
The following message is a personal note from Andrew’s mom, Leanne Beal:
”My precious baby boy has been taken from me way too soon. Andrew has a heart of gold that many people never got to know. If you were one of those privileged people, you knew how much love he had in his heart for you. He couldalways make me smile no matter how upset I was with him. His big brown eyes and beautiful smile could charm anyone. Until I became a mom, I never knew how much love my heart could hold. Now losing him, I never knew how much pain I could feel. Andrew was an amazing young man with his whole life ahead of him. Just as most young men, funeral expenses and life insurance are not thought of. He deserves to be laid to rest with a beautiful service to honor and celebrate his life. I am overwhelmed by the love and support shown to me since the day of the accident and cannot thank you enough for helping, praying for, and supporting our family during this time”
