Paying tribute to Dionetay Darrough

Hi everyone, my name is Chryssie Eckerson. I am a very close friend to the Shew family. Tina Shew unexpectedly lost her only child, Dionetay Darrough, at the age of 22 on Monday July 20th. This sweet soul was loved by so many, had a laugh that was contagious, always smiling and anyone who knew him knows he has jokes, ALWAYS! He was the sweetest, most genuine person, someone you could never stay mad at because even if you tried he was doing the next goofy thing to make you smile, forget about it and love him all over again. 

Dionetay will be deeply missed by all. We are asking those who are willing to help with the financial part of this devastating situation to please donate. Anything helps. So the family can grieve without the stress of funeral expenses. This family also lost Dionetay’s grandfather less than 2 months ago. 


Anyone who knows this family knows each and every one of them has a heart of gold and will do anything they can for others. So we are asking for everyone to pull together for Dionetay’s family during this tragic time. Thanks in advance from Chryssie, mom of Antonio Santiago. One of his bestfriends since the 3rd grade.
