Paying tribute to Fernanda Hernandez Vega

Hi, my name is Melissa and I’m fundraising for Fernanda (Ferny) Hernandez Vega. 

I along with countless others feel so incredibly lucky to have shared the beautiful life of Fernanda Hernandez Vega, it is with great sadness I share that she gained her wings on July 13, 2021. I can honestly say she's made me a better person. Ferny left an incredible mark on so many lives and we need to honor that with strength and with love. As someone said – we all need to be a little more like Ferny. There are words of happiness about the treasured time we all had with her but it was to brief. There are words of incredible beauty that describes her individuality. There are words of sorrow to try and communicate what we are feeling now that she has left us. But maybe most of all there are words of strength, hope, power, resilience and tender love. Words that can bring us all together, to cross these choppy waters and come out of the other side, better for it. She was a great listener with time for friends from all walks of life. She was as selfless as she was determined and left her mark on so many people. Whether with a donation or a prayer please join us in supporting those loved ones that she left behind.
