Paying Tribute to Jacob Osanya
Donation protected
Greetings all; our names are Angelo Romero, Justin Muanya, Luca Masso, and Jayden Archeval. As many of you may have heard, on August 7th, 2022, at 9:07 PM, we lost a beautiful soul named Jacob Osanya. This GoFundMe is intended to assist the family defray some of the funeral expenses. Jacob was a person of many things. He was a person full of life. He cared about his family and friends and prioritized them in his life. Jacob always lit up the room with his smile and his charisma. He never failed to make us laugh and smile. Jacob was truly a ray of sunshine in our lives. He was by far one of the most hardworking and ambitious person we have ever met. His strive to be the best version of himself had a great impact on the people that surrounded him. Jacob was always brainstorming ways to make his dreams become reality. He looked up to his mom and admired her work ethic as a nurse and a single mother in America. Jacob had a passion for music and wanted to excel in his career. He put countless hours working on and perfecting his craft. Jacob was naturally talented, and we truly believed he would have made it big - regardless of what he chose to do.
In times like this we must all come together as a community and do what's right. We have been in close contact with Jacob's family and have discussed many things with them. Jacob's family has ultimately decided to have his funeral in Kenya, where Jacob was born. To satisfy this wish of the family, they are going to need support from our community. After speaking with Jacobs family, they have concluded that $50,000 will greatly help them cover the expenses of this traumatic incident. There are many expenses that have been accounted for and we truly need our community to lock arms and help this family in this terrible time of grief. Any donation, big or small, will have an impact, and it is truly appreciated. It would mean the world to his family and us to send off Jacob the way his family wants to.
This incident will leave a scar in our community but especially in our hearts. Jacob will never be forgotten and will always resonate with us. In times like this, everyone must take a second and reflect on their personal lives. Grab the people closest to you and tell them you love them. It costs nothing to show affection and love to those around you. You never know when that last hug, kiss, dap up, or "I love you" will be, so make sure you live your life with nothing but love. Please support us realize this goal to assist the family. That being said, we love you Jacob Osanya.
