“Paying Tribute to Jayvon Urena A.K.A JJ”

Our beloved Jayvon recently passed on May 10, 2022. Jayvon was a wonderful son, brother, and friend who touched the lives of those around him. He leaves behind his mother Yadira Torres, his sister Arianna Haynes-Barksdale, his brother Tory Barksdale, and his grandfather Manual Torres A.KA “Pops.” Jayvon dedicated his life to playing football and spreading joy and laughter to those closest to him. His main objective was to make sure those around him were happy, even if it became before his own happiness. This single trait that he possessed was enough to gain a lifetime of friends that are truly hurt behind this loss. We are all facing one of the biggest losses we ever had to face. We want to give Jayvon the proper memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Jayvon’s funeral. We need to raise $15000 to make sure we send our loved one to heaven with the proper memorial that he deserves.
