Paying Tribute to Jennie Walker

Our beloved Jennie Walker recently passed on February 5, 2022. Jennie was a wonderful mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend. Jennie touched the lives of those around her through her willingness to help others and bringing smiles to many peoples faces. Jennie leaves behind two sons, five grandchildren, a host of sisters and brothers, and a host of nieces and nephews. Jennie dedicated her life to her children, her grandchildren, her family, and her church. Jennie also impacted many different homes and families throughout Calhoun County by always providing a helping hand. We are all devastated by Jennie's loss and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Jennie the memorial she deserves, to honor her memory and say our last goodbyes.The Walker Family is currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Jennie's funeral. The total cost for Jennie's service is $4,600, one thousand dollars of the cost is covered through insurance. We need to raise $3,600 by February 16, 2022 in order to be able to afford the funeral service.
