Paying Tribute to Kori's Life

Donation protected
Kori Lynn Hutchins had bright eyes, a dynamic smile, and captivating curls. But, it was her sweet and caring demeanor that really charmed those around her. When Kori was just four-years-old, the fragility of life became apparent to her family, as she had open-heart surgery for a rare heart condition. She survived and thrived, and this school year as a freshman at Royal Oak High School, she even joined the swim team and bowling team.

As a child, Kori also spent time watching her father Matt and Mary bowl and she found it was the perfect time to read. Often, she would bring two big books with her, just in case she finished one. But, Kori soon became interested in bowling and made great strides with the sport. This year at regionals, she got a high score of 176 and proudly earned her varsity letter.

We ask for your help during this difficult time. All donations will go towards funeral expenses to give her the proper burial she deserves and for the creation of a scholarship fund for her classmates.  We are grateful for the support of our community.

All donations will be received by her father Matt and Mary.  They would like to thank everyone who has been with them, reached out to them, and kept their family in your prayers. We would like to give the family the peace of mind during this very difficult time.
