Paying Tribute to Kwana Bunkley

Hi, my name is Brandi Telfor-Bunkley, and I am the mother of Kwana Ja'Shawn Bunkley. I am starting this fundraiser for my 20 year old son who on September 23, 2023 was a victim of a tragic robbery where he lost his life. He was such an amazing son, big brother, cousin, and friend. Everyone loved him and how he was such a quiet soul. He had just started working at a local Steel company where his grandfather served and retired from, and where his father is currently working. Kwana was a kind soul who would give you his last. Kwana's life was taken early that day and my life as a mother will never be the same. I created this to get help with a proper service and burial for our son. Because my son remains is a part of an ongoing investigation, and he has not been released from the Medical Examiner, we have no current burial plans at this time only a tentative date. Once my baby is released we will update you all on his services. To have to bury my 20 year old son is going to be the hardest thing I may ever have to do, and with your help and generosity, it will at least not be too stressful as we did not have burial insurance for him.
