Paying Tribute To Lena

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Lena Chanthala. She fought hard until the very end and peacefully passed at her home surrounded by her husband, children and family, on March 30th, 2020. Lena lived her life to the fullest despite all the pain she endured during her battle with cancer. She always surpassed everyone's expectations and will always be remembered for her beautiful, compassionate and fighting spirit.
The family will be having a private service for her due to the restrictions of COVID-19 currently. We have made this GoFundMe to help the family with the burden of funeral expenses and other needs they may have. This is a devastating time for her family and loved ones and we ask if anyone else wishes to make physical donations to please contact the family before hand and arrange a drop off at their front door, as to keep everyone safe and healthy during this time. Future celebrations and blessings will be held in Lena's honor when it is safe for her extended family and friends to gather and celebrate our remarkable Lena. 

Thank you Lena, for all that you have done for your family, friends and loved one's near and far. You fought your battle so hard and now you are pain free. We will cherish all the moments we spent with you and honor your memory everyday.
On behalf of the family I have started this GoFundMe to help with donations since visiting the house at this time is discouraged due to COVID-19. For those of you who don't know me, I am Lena's cousin Jack's, girlfriend. The donations collected from this campaign will go directly to Lena's husband, Somsack, for Lena's funeral expenses and other necessities the family and her children need at this time.
