Paying tribute to Maria Gloria Lorenzana

Dear friends, family and Victoria Elementary community,

It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing the death of Maria Gloria Lorenzana. For those of you who knew her, you knew that she was a fighter. Maria fought to the very end-so much so, that none of us thought it was the end just yet. She touched the lives of so many with her motherly heart and selfless means of caring. Heaven has gained an angel, and we a guardian, she was a great listener. Say a prayer and know she will be there enriching your light. Some of you have reached out regarding our needs as a family and asked how you can help during this time. Know that your kindness is much appreciated as we navigate this heartbreaking moment. Thank you so much for even considering to donate and for taking time to read about Maria Lorenzana.

Con gran pesar les anuncio el fallecimiento de María Gloria Lorenzana. Para aquellos de ustedes que la conocieron, sabían que era una luchadora. María luchó hasta el final, tanto que ninguno de nosotros pensó que era el final todavía. Ella tocó la vida de tantos con su corazón maternal y su bondad. El cielo ha ganado un ángel, y nosotros un guardián. Ella era una gran oyente. Diga una oración en su nombre y sepa que ella estará allí enriqueciendo su luz. Algunos de ustedes se han comunicado con respecto a nuestras necesidades como familia y han preguntado cómo pueden ayudar durante este tiempo.
