Paying tribute to Mercedes Hernandez

It is with extreme sadness that I am announcing the passing of Mercedes Hernandez. With her vibrant outgoing personality, she touched the lives of so many. Although Mercy was not my blood sister she was my sister from heart. Many of you that knew Mercy, knew she faced many adversities throughout her life. Mercy has one sister, Topacio that is unfortunately unable to pay funeral expenses. Her body is currently at the morgue waiting to be claimed. My goal is to give Mercy a proper memorial service and cremation. Anything will help. Thank you.
