Paying tribute to our beloved Jo

On Monday, January 20th, at 12:37p.m., Cloene “Jo” Weightman  lost her long, hard fought battle to cancer. Jo was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and a devoted friend. She always had a positive outlook on life, even after her diagnosis, and especially during her darkest days. 

The 2015 diagnosis of kidney cancer became what was to be the start of the most difficult and challenging times for Jo and her husband John. The cancer originated in her kidneys, then spread to her lungs, abdomen and eventually to her brain. Jo continued to work up until late September 2019, despite the challenges with her health. She was a devoted employee of over 25 years as a Property Manager for EJ Williams Property Management. They have made sure Jo was very well taken care of, even when she was no longer able to work. She worked very hard in her career and did so with all her heart.

Jo’s husband John and sons, Bradley and Michael are doing their very best under the devastating circumstances of losing their loved one.  The family is in need of your help.  We are looking to family, friends, and friends of family to assist in helping with the cost of cremation expenses and memorial arrangements. Any extra funds would go to help cover the insurmountable hospital bills incurred.
