Payton cook

Hi my name is Jerry cook this is Payton she is special needs and has strokes and seizures and has been struggling the last couple week. Unfortunately she fell very hard on her face yesterday and smashed at least one tooth up in her gums and loosened all the other teeth in the front of her mouth and fractured the bone above her teeth. We were at Phoenix childrens hospital all night and they told us we will have to have a special surgery done by a specific doctor that can handle this procedure. And that it needs to be done asap. Unfortunately as it’s a specialist and they do not take her insurance and we’re scrambling to get this taken care as we’re on a short time table. We are not sure on all the costs due to there not sure of damage and what all they need to do. I hate asking for help and doing everything I can. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
