Payton Ivy O'Connor

My baby sister who was born sleeping on the 15th of April.

I am going to be raising money in memory of Payts and to help support the charities who supported my family during a very tough time.

My Mum and Kane have decided on 3 charities who they would like the funds to be donated to, all of which are very close to our hearts as they helped significantly in our time of need.

I have set a goal of raising £1.500 and will be extremely grateful for any donations, no matter how big or small. £1,500 will allow for £500 to go to each charity which will be a massive help to them and will mean so much to my Mum knowing me and my family have been able to help other families going through similar situations to her.

The 3 Charities:

4Louis - "SUPPORTING FAMILIES THROUGH MISCARRIAGE, STILLBIRTH AND CHILD LOSS"

Tommy's - "We’re dedicated to finding causes and treatments to save babies’ lives as well as providing trusted pregnancy and baby loss information and support."

The Bereavement Harebell Suite - The ward my mum was on during her pregnancy and after giving birth to our Payton.

In remembrance of Payton and to raise these funds I am going to be running 50km one day in the last week of July. The date will be decided on that week because I want to give myself the best chance to complete it in the best time, therefore I would like to be running it on a cooler day and I will only be able to see what the temperature is going to be closer to the time. I have been training for this since the end of April running big km's each week to prepare my body for the 50k so that I can run my best for Payts!

Many of my friends have carried out training runs with me and I just wanted to say thank you to anyone who has ran with me up to this point, and a massive thank you to Diego who has carried out almost every run with me and will be running the 50 on the day. It means a lot, I appreciate it brother! A few people have also showed interest in running part of the 50k on the day, whether that be the full 50 or the last 5-10k to show their support which is much appreciated. Again, closer to the time I will put out and let everyone know where the last 5 10 15, whatever it may be kilometres will be allowing people to join and show their support!
