Service Dog Needs Help

Hi, my name is Gabrielle and I have a beautiful Corgi named Hazel who has been training to be my service animal. She is the sweetest thing and not even two years old. She is already showing amazing potential as a service animal.

However, in the past few weeks she became ill. We took her to the vet, had her treated and things seemed to be back to normal. Then yesterday she started getting ill again. She was dehydrated from the constant diarrhea that was mostly blood and then on the way to the vet again she started vomiting blood. Needless to say we were sent home with a treatment plan and lots of medications and a prognosis that she will need surgery to remove a mass in her stomach. The doctor estimates the cost to be $4500 on the low end. So that is what I’m asking for. We have already invested so much into my beautiful girl and I can’t imagine having to put her down because of not being able to get her this surgery. Any little bit helps and please share.

Hazel provides so much and I need her in my life.
