PCC Caddie Relief Fund COVID-19 Response
Donation protected
COVID-19 has impacted all of us. The purpose of this fund is to help our regular caddies and their families, weather this pandemic.
On March 20th, our course was officially closed, in compliance with orders from Governor Murphy and CDC guidelines. Plainfield Country Club is predominantly a walking course, and we rely on caddies to enhance our enjoyment of the golfing experience at PCC. As you know, our caddies are not employees of the club, but are independent contractors. They are paid when they work, and only when they work. And presently, there is no work.
We don't know when restrictions will relax and when we may once again enjoy our beloved Club. But we do know, that our course is closed, and our caddies are unable to work. As members, we are able to positively impact this group during such uncertain times. Hopefully, our support during these unprecedented times, will ease the burden that so many of our caddies presently endure.
