A Home for Haiti

Edouard and his sisters, Edjidna and Edouarnise captured our hearts a few years ago during a medical mission trip to Haiti. Since then Mickey and I have felt a strong calling to help this family. Upon discovering they weren't in school because of the cost to send them, we removed that obsticale and they have now been receiving an education for the last two years.
These three young children live with their single mother that makes a living carrying water from a local well to peoples homes. Over time, their mother has began to trust us and welcomes us to her home when we visit.  During our last visit we discovered that Edouard and his family do not actually have a home of their own, they rent a small, one room block building with a metal roof.  No plumbing, no kitchen... the picture is the home in its entirety. 
Mickey and I both deeply want to change this for their family, but we need your help to do this. Every act of kindness we are able to show to them is a reflection of God's love. One by one they will see and believe in the power of loving and knowing God. 
To build a home for their family would cost less than it would to buy a car over here in the United States. Edouards grandfather has land that he is giving to them for a future home. 
All funds donated to this mission will be tax deductable and will be used strictly for the project of building of their home. We will be forming teams to go over with us this year to get the home started. I would love to see this done this year.
