Peanut's neck surgery

My family and I are trying to raise funds for surgery for Peanut. He's our family dog and about 12 years old. He jumped off a bed and now needs surgery. He is losing neurological function and needs surgery ASAP to help him. He is otherwise in great and healthy shape with no other health concerns. Anything will help, and I thank you for your time in reading this and donating. I have updated the GFM with a link to the vet and the estimated cost of the surgery.
