Pecor Flood Recovery Help

Like so many people across the state right now, our parents Shayd and Laurie Pecor lost nearly everything in the flood on July 10th, 2023. Their home is located right in downtown Barre, one of the hardest-hit locations and it is now uninhabitable. They have flood insurance, but the insurance company will only cover appliances and the structure itself. They lost countless items that they need to replace including clothing, furniture, food, and nearly every comfort they have. On top of that, the deductible on their flood insurance is $10,000.
