Pedal Empower - a new bike for wheelchair users

The Strawberry Line Cafe and Cycle Project is a not-for-profit organisation that focuses on providing employment and vocational training oppurtunities for young people who have learning disabilities and additional needs. We do this through the provision of our two fantastic community facilities ; our Cycle project and Cafe.

Our cycle project has extensive range of bikes including : Tandems, Trikes, Recumbent Trike, E-bikes and Co-Riders. A key part of our fleet has always been our Wheelchair tandem however it is nearing the end of it's life. We seek the support of our community to help us purchase a Van Raam O'Pair wheelchair trike. We think that cycling is for everyone and our range of traditional and adaptive bikes to rent reflects that, and so do our brilliant staff
