Penelope & Lincoln's China Heritage Trip

In 2017, we brought home our daughter, Penelope, and our son, Lincoln, from China. Penelope was 12 and was anxious about leaving her culture and everything she knew behind, so asked us to promise to take her back to visit every few years to see her foster family that raised her and her friends. 2 years later, we are trying to make good on that promise and taking her back, while also getting to visit Lincoln's home town and orphanage. It's very important to Penelope that her brothers and sisters get to go with her and share her experience in her home culture, but with that comes a pretty significant expense.
