Penny and Malia flood relief

My sister Penny has lost everything in the Cairns floods. She has baby number 2 due in a couple of weeks and needs help to back on her feet. Her house is uninhabitable and the car is gone. She has evacuated her home with nothing but baby Malia and a bag.
