Penny Murphy Final Expenses

The morning of Wednesday, July 15, 2020 will be a day our family will not forget.  We lost our wonderful sister, daughter, aunt, and friend very unexpectedly.

Penny was an amazing person.  She had a huge heart, and would do anything to help someone.  She was snarky, funny, and sweet all at the same time.  Whether an intelligent conversation or just picking on our elder sister, Penny was always on point.  When our family needed a shoulder to cry on, she was there.  When someone needed to be validated and felt heard, she was there.  When someone needed to feel loved, they could turn to Penny.  She will be missed by all.

Our dear Penny was no stranger to suffering.  She fought daily her many medical issues.  Some days she couldn't even get out of bed.  The struggle was real for her.  While we feel God took her too soon, that is our own selfishness showing through.  Penny was ready.  We didn't expect this, but to feel sad for her is not what she would want.  Penny is free.  Penny is happy.  Penny will continue to live on, in our hearts, and our minds, for the rest of our lives.

Unable to work for decades, Penny barely got by financially.  It's at this time that we ask our friends and family for any support to help us cover her final expenses.  Funeral arrangements are being made and will be shared once we have them.  The service will be online so that her friends and family can attend easily without fear of Covid.  Any donations beyond what's needed will be donated 100% to a charity that we feel would make Penny proud.
