Pensacola High School's AFJROTC Program

Through most high schools, there is a Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps program, known as JROTC. The JROTC program helps develop citizens of character dedicated to serving their nation and community, and further encourages students to join the armed forces. Every year cadets at PHS compete in a series of events through the JROTC program called “The Nationals.” These events allow students to compete in Color Guard, Drill team, Sabre team, and PT team. In order to reach these events, the cadets must raise enough money for transportation, hotels, food services etc. Unfortunately, last year we did not meet our fundraising goal. The goal for last year was Nationals $10,000. However, 1,000 will help us tremendously. Pensacola High School is the main school district for East Hill; we are asking for your help in making it to nationals this year. Thank you all so much! ~C/Captain Jauncey
