PEOC Worker's Emergency Fund

Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have received an overwhelming request for monetary assistance from members for medical emergencies not covered by Medi-Cal, funeral expenses, emergency food or shelter.

We are asking our community to help us with donations destined for a series of urgent needs from our members. 100% of your donations will go to workers from Pomona or the IE.

Eligibility:

1. Applicant must be a resident of Pomona or the I.E.

2. Must be an active member of PEOC or CLEAR

3. Can qualify for assistance for up to $500 once every calendar year or until funds are available.

4. Must be able to prove extreme hardship

Past grantees:

1. Ignacio "Nachito" Ramirez, $500 fundraised for his retirement fund on 10/31/22.
