Please help with civil legal fees non-criminal

I am reaching out for funding to help with a civil matter that has been brought against me, this is not criminal I have not been charged with any criminal charges regardless of the rumors and false accusations.

I am the founder and president of "The Hand Up Project" nonprofit organization and I brought on board a consultant Clinton Sonny Behrends in early 2021 to help restructure the organize basically because it grew so large and on February 9th 2023 I was handed a document by three individuals Sonny, Doug and Mike stating that Sonny was the president and I was to have no more communication or participation in the hand up project.

According to our bylaws none of this could happen without a notice of a board meeting and board members voting either to remove or add members and this never happened.

Without board approval they were able to remove my name from the bank account that I opened and we don't know how they cut off my access to emails the banks and all the properties all in one day and none of it was board approval, I am currently going to court they have filed lawsuits and injunctions against me claiming to be the board of directors and this is false they are not but in order for me to prove all this I need the help of an attorney which is
