Who are you?

A collective of experienced advertising creatives, writers, directors, music producers and kind people appalled by the inhumane, ‘hostile’ anti-homeless architecture increasingly visible across the country (and world).

What are you planning to make?

An outrageously silly, disruptive, shareable stunt to shame hostile anti-homeless architecture in order to have it banned, and with any luck shine a light on the wider homelessness and housing crisis at Government level.

In a nutshell we’re going whip up and film a hoard of people in pigeon outfits causing a racket and mess wherever we see those spikes around the country.

Where did this project come from?

We noticed these inhumane spikes and benches on our daily commute. With the weather taking a turn for the worse and a severe emergency housing crisis what sort of modern society thinks it's acceptable to install medieval spikes where the homeless might seek shelter from the storm?

The original idea was inspired from people posting on Twitter about how awful it is. We felt compelled to make this a much bigger, messier, un-ignorable campaign, with your help of course

A petition in 2021 came very close to having it raised in Parliament, but we’re going to finish the job.

What’s your plan, and what’s your schedule?

From today we are aiming to raise funds for the production and filming of the campaign, and have already had it costed up by a brilliant, up-and-coming director and production company.

Initial burst of media shares to seed it into the world and get the press's attention.

Once we've raised the funds we will pick a date next year for the campaign to go live across the country simultaneously.

In keeping with our rebellious, guerilla approach to the stunt we will also misdirect the authorities with 'feint' protests and splattacks (see potential target locations below)
