I started “Sculptures By Monte” as a passion project over 8 years ago in Kenya,
East Africa, and I've been quietly working to create wonderful things for the
world to see.  Peoria is my home, and I grew up here to an Italian immigrant
Father and an American Mother.

My Father came here with the shirt on his back and couldn't speak English.  Now he speaks perfect English and 2 other languages, let alone he is one of the most talented people I’ve ever known in many disciplines.  He has since created the #1 Best Selling Olive Oil Brand in Chicago - Violi.

He taught me that a person needs to dig deep into their soul and tap into the
power that God has bestowed for the energy to persevere.

During these trying times… it’s unfortunate that we Americans are more divided

Are you going to create other parks like this in Peoria?
My long term vision for this park is to add more and more sculptures to it every
3 years.  I am currently building new animal sculptures right now!
Eventually this Park will have more than 25 Spectacular Steel Animal Sculptures!

How big will the land area of the "Safari Art Park" be?
The Park will be about 3 or 4 acres in order to build everything we are planning.

What are the maintenance costs?
The cost of maintenance is negligible. In order to maintain the longevity of the sculptures, metal lacquer should be re-applied every 3 years at a total cost of about $1,500.  Part of the money raised will be for an "Endowment Fund" that will help to maintain the park for at least 25 years.

Are the sculptures safe and will the park be safe?
Every installation at the “Peoria Hope: Safari Art Park” is just as safe or as dangerous as other installations at other parks in Peoria.

How do I know you will actually build this park?
Maybe you haven't actually seen the sculptures I've created in real life yet?!
Maybe you've never met me!?  Come by my office and speak to me personally,
and see the 2 Giant Rhino's guarding the entrance to my office building.

Come by anytime and SEE for yourself... however, if you want to speak to me,
please call me first because I may not be present, or I might be at my workshop in East Peoria. I will assume full liability for any mishaps during the construction and
carry commercial liability insurance. But let’s face it… it’s not rocket science. 
This project will carry my name, and I am building a luxury brand! 
My reputation is on the line, and this park will be spectacular in every way!

When will the "Safari Ark Park" be built?
The park will be constructed in 3 phases.  Phase 1 construction will begin upon raising $300,000 in funds, Phase 2 will begin upon raising an additional $300,000 ($600,000 total), and Phase 3 will begin upon raising the remaining $325,000 ($925,000 total) – We aim to finish construction by Memorial Day, May 31, 2021.

Where will the park be built?
The park will be built in the immediate Peoria area, preferably in the heart of
Peoria.  We are currently reviewing 3 different sites, however, we have not
committed to any yet.  If you’d like to submit a proposal to use your site, please
contact me at the information below. 
As a last resort... we will just buy our own Land for the Development of the "Peoria Hope: Safari Art Park"!!!
