The 'Pepe' Roman Memorial Fund
Donation protected
You may have heard the sad news that Jose Antonio (Pepe) Roman died on Sunday May, 27th after being diagnosed with leukemia just six months ago
This fund is being created to honour the life of our friend who was a tour guide and driver to many in Cuernavaca and became a close friend of our family and many other families over the last 3 decades. No matter what the circumstance (and there were many over the years!) Pepe was always there to help. We could always count on him. Now it's our turn to help his family.
But how can we help? Education for his children, Paola and Mariano, was extremely important to Pepe and his wife Adriana. Paola has finished her degree and is working in her field in Cuernavaca. Mariano is just 13 years old and has many years of schooling ahead - this is how we can help. This fund is being established to help with costs of educating Mariano.
We will all miss Pepe terribly ; visits to Cuernavaca will never be the same. I encourage you to help make Pepe's dream for his children's education a reality.
