Peppa needs heart surgery

Hi, our names are Stefano and Chloe and we recently adopted this adorable Border Collie/Aussie Mix named Peppa. She's fearless, rambunctious, playful and great little sister to our other pup Brigitta. At Peppa's first vet appointment we found out she has a heart murmur and her cardiologist this week confirmed it is a patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) . What this means for our little pup is that her heart is working too hard to circulate her blood and without treatment she will very likely go into heart failure before she's 1 year old. Thankfully, there is a surgical option to fix Peppa's PDA! With this treatment she will live a long, healthy, normal life of running and playing with her big sister.

Unfortunately, the cost of surgery far exceeds what we had saved for emergency vet expenses. The sooner she has the surgery, the better for her heart, so we are asking for help now so that she can get treated quickly. Anything you can give to help Peppa would be so immensely appreciated!
