An exciting new development for Drybrook Rugby Football Club.

Dear Sir / Madam

I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to become part of our club by helping us in our next venture, and explain some of the advantages in doing so.

Drybrook R.F.C, is a truly amateur rugby club. We do not pay our players and all the money we take is reinvested in supplying the local community with a top class venue to provide the provision of Rugby Union Football.

We have been so successful in attracting young people into the game and growing our membership that we now need to improve our existing facilities to incorporate all genders.

Our club has three senior men’s teams, a senior women’s team, a colts team and a full junior and mini section consisting of well over a hundred boy’s and girl’s. We will be playing hundreds of fixtures over a season

We need to find ways of saving money and becoming fully self-sufficient.

One way in which we can achieve this is by carrying out our own pitch maintenance and creating the best playing and training surfaces for all of our players.

We have sourced funding to acquire our own tractor and maintenance equipment.

The funding we have in place will cover two thirds of the cost and we as a club need to find the further third to be able to go ahead and secure the equipment.

By doing this we will save the club thousands of pounds a season. We already have volunteers in place who are qualified to use the machinery and have the knowledge needed to care for the grounds.

We are asking for donations, and anything you can give, would be very gratefully appreciated.

In return a thank you for your contribution will be displayed in our clubhouse on all of our advertising screens and you will be included in any online fundraising posts thanking you for your support.

If you are a business your company logo can be added and your willingness to support a local community asset will be displayed to hundreds of people.

The club also offers fantastic facilities for your company should they wish to take advantage for company meetings, sponsor days etc. We have a newly refurbished function room for over a hundred guests, with catering and bars available.
