Performance at Lexington School for the Deaf NYC

My dance company, the IndoRican Multicultural Dance Project have big dreams for 2020. I have always wanted to take one of my pieces to a school for the deaf. As our 2020 season opens, I have been invited to have a lecture/demonstration for the children at the Lexington School for the Deaf in March 2020, for their multicultural week. Our demonstration will consist of a lecture, performance with professional dancers, dance class, question/answer session and a drum circle for the children. I am seeking $1,400 for the basic expense of paying my dancers and drummers. Hopefully, I will be able to raise the funds by the beginning of March 2020, so we can share our gift of music and movement with children.
