Periodontitis - Stage Two; Heath Strikes Back

Hi, my name is Bee and I'm trying to raise money for my boyfriend, Heath, and his newly found gum disease, periodontitis - stage two. He hadn't gone to a dentist before recently for about three to four years due to not being able to pay for it. Now that he has insurance, he has been able to get a cleaning in and all his teeth looked over. Unfortunately though, even after insurance covering part of it, he has to pay about $4,500 to get the teeth he needs to be pulled out and extracted from within his mouth, including his wisdom teeth. We unfortunately do not have the funds to do this and decided to do a gofundme.

This is very important to us as he could be at risk of losing all of his teeth and having higher mortality rates if it is not taken care of. If not taken care of, the costs of extraction, procedures, and treatments get even pricier and we are not financially able to handle those kinds of situations.

All money donated will go towards fixing my boyfriend's mouth unless we get over the goal set. If it gets to that point, all the extra money will be split in half. One-half of it will go to Heath's other dental procedures that need to be done, this is just for the extraction of his teeth, and the other half will go to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
