Perna Family Medical Bill Help

As many of you know, the month of June was tough for the Perna family with me (Brooke) being in the hospital due to septic shock from strep. However, a short time ago, my husband was in a horrific car accident. He survived, but his truck is totaled. I hate to even ask, but we need a little help right now.
