Perry Panther Football Travel Trailer
Greetings Perry Panther Football Supporters! Our beloved Panthers and their travel trailer are in desperate need of a facelift. The current graphics are starting to peel & fade and the information regarding their website & social media are no longer accurate. It's about time our Panthers get the respect they deserve when they show up at another team's venue; a little "shock & awe" to say, we are PERRY! We are no longer the bottom tier of the county. This "hidden-gem" in the heart of Georgia has quickly become a powerhouse program over the last 5 years to include things such as a newly upgraded weight room, new gym, new stadium lighting, new visitor stands, new uniforms, new helmet designs, new football field, and not to mention...a really cool social media and graphics team that produce the hype videos, photos, game day graphics, and LIVE game streaming. The travel trailer should represent what we are about and what the program has become. What I'm proposing is that we start the fundraiser low at $2,000. This will allow us to get both sides vinyl wrapped with a glossy finish and UV (sun) protection at minimum cost but will require us to install it ourselves. If we are fortunate to exceed this goal, anything above will go towards getting the tailgate done as well but will still require us to do it ourselves. Ideally, having the entire trailer professionally done and installed is approximately $6,000 (vinyl wrapped, old graphics removed, and everything resealed & caulked). We've requested sponsorship to lessen the cost without success. You may be asking, "well, what about the front of the trailer"? What I'm proposing is that any businesses that donate more than $100 will have their business logo added. Anything over $500 will get a larger logo. Individuals that give will have their name added and class year if a Perry Graduate; the larger the donation, the larger your name ($20, $50, $100, $500). Technology has greatly enhanced since the graphics were added the last time; so this upgrade could last 10 years or longer considering it is being stored under the carport at the school. This fundraiser is not being conducted by the school, a coach, or other member of the school administration. Nobody has asked me to do this. I am a Perry Panther Football Parent as many of you are or were, I love the game of football, our community, the ambition and drive of the players, and where this program is going. Every single penny of this fundraiser will go towards the trailer. Anything left over that can't go into the trailer will be donated to the Perry Football program. Let's make this happen!
