Perth and Kinross - World Scout Jamboree 2023

Could you join us in making a difference? We're raising money (50:50) for two causes - supporting young people to participate in the 2023 World Scout Jamboree in Korea and the Teenage Cancer Trust. Thank you in advance for your contribution to these causes that mean so much to us.

 

Perth & Kinross District Scout Council support young people in Scouting across Perth and Kinross. As Scouts, we are part of the largest mixed volunteer-led Movement for young people in Scotland, the UK and our planet.

 

World Scout Jamboree 2023  - Right now, we are fundraising to help up to 15 young people go to the World Scout Jamboree, a gathering of 40,000 in Korea. With all the challenges we face together, helping 40,000 young people develop a better understanding of needs, cultures and beliefs, which has got to be a good thing for us all.

 

Teenage Cancer Trust  - Every day, seven young people aged 13-24 hear the words “you have cancer”. They will each need specialised nursing care and support to get them through it. TCT is the only UK charity dedicated to meeting this vital need – so no young person faces cancer alone.
