Mount Joy pet food pantry

Hello my name is Heather. I'm passionate about the welfare of animals. I have decided since times are hard for a lot of families and elderly, I would start a pet food pantry out front of my home. So nobody will need to decide to buy food for themselves or their pets. I feel if they can get food when money is tight these animals might just be able to stay out of the shelters or from being dumped. Will you please help me with this passion project.
