Pete's 881 Staff Relief Fund
Donation protected
Dear Friends and Pete’s 881 Family,
As a result of current events, Pete’s 881 Club has been forced to temporarily close its doors as we do our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the health and safety of our community. This is the first time we’ve had to close in our 69 years of doing business in San Rafael, but we know it’s the right thing to do at this time.
If you have ever had your spirits lifted by the friendly atmosphere at Pete’s 881 Club, it was because of our hardworking bar, cardroom, and kitchen staff. In this period of uncertainty, we’re doing all that we can to make sure that our staff are taken care of. As a result, we are hoping to raise money for our staff to help cover living expenses while our business is closed.
If you’re a regular at Pete’s or simply a community member who is able to support a local, family-owned business, we’re hoping that you’ll consider donating to our fund. 100% of proceeds will be dispersed equally among our employees, and would go a long way in helping our staff and their families.
If there’s anything we’ve learned in our 69 years of business, it’s that Marin County is a tight-knit community built on love and compassion. We believe that small businesses are part of what makes Marin so special, and we humbly ask that you consider helping our staff at this time.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we will get through this together!
