Please support Peter Comeau and family

Hello everyone, we are sadly here again asking for you help for Peter Comeau. July of 2021, Peter received the greatest gift you can receive, the gift of life with a heart transplant. For two and a half years, Peter has worked really hard to recover and has made wonderful progress. But a complication with some transplant patients, because of all their anti-rejection meds, they are left vulnerable to certain types of cancers. Unfortunately, this is the case with Peter. Three weeks ago he was diagnosed with Plasmablastic Lymphoma, a rare and aggressive blood cancer that affects his immune system. He has begun aggressive chemotherapy and is once again traveling back and forth to Boston with Charon weekly and at times daily. Charon has had to take substantial time off from her jobs ( she has 2) as Peter, the love of her life, comes first ALWAYS!! He has a very long road ahead of him, and it's so terrible he has to fight this fight again.

Peter and Charon are very private, proud people, and asking for help is extremely difficult, so we are asking for them. Day to day things, especially bills, don't stop when someone gets sick. Christmas is upon us, and we know it's a difficult time of year, but it's also a time for miracles, faith, love and most importantly, FAMILY! To say the least, they really have had a challenging few years and whatever you can give will be appreciated more than words can say. Charon and Peter are very generous people, always there to help a friend, please consider helping them now in their time of need, either with a monetary donation or signing up to make a donation of platelets with a blood bank.
