Hi, my name is Jacqueline Matthew and this man, Peter Harmon, has been the love of my life for the last 8 years. Unfortunately, he suffered a seizure on April 11th that resulted in an incurable, severe hypoxic brain injury and he was removed from life support on April 19th.
