Peter Leighton.. Help him fight cancer

Hi, I'm Katrina and our family has been shocked and devasted in the last few weeks as our beloved husband and father Peter Leighton has been diagnosed with terminal oesophageal cancer. His work has been great with him, but they don't have occupational sick pay so in a few weeks when he is undertaking palliative chemotherapy he will go to statutory sick pay of £100 a week plus PIP. Whilst we can't get any further benefits, we are like everyone else with mortgage and bills to pay. His wonderful cousin has arranged a golf day and he has told me people would like to make a donation to help him in his battle against cancer. He may not win the war but he'll give it all he's got as that's the kinda person he is. I think it's amazing that people are so willing to help in the darkness of times and from the bottom of our hearts we thank you. Xx
